Query
Sorted by Z-score Dali Z-scores take into account both the closeness of the structural fit and domain coverage. Domains are compact folding units. Z-scores are higher for complete coverage of domains and lower for partial coverage of domains.
Seriated Seriation maximizes the similarity of secondary structure assignments between adjacent rows in the stacked alignment. Proteins with similar function descriptions tend to be grouped together better in this view than in the Z-score sorted view, especieally if the query protein has multiple domains.

HTML summary Click on the HTML summary link for interactive browsing of the result list. Select interesting subsets for further exploration using tools that include stacked alignments with domain family annotations, 3-D superpositions, sequence search and function prediction.

Graphical overview: The graphical overviews show all matches as a stacked alignment in MSAviewer. Stacked alignment omits insertions relative to the query protein. The secondary structure overview is collapsed to three states, giving a clearer picture than the amino acid sequence overview.

Generate a new data set by restricting search results to a subset of matches. This allows you to get rid of low scoring or partial domain matches.
