Query | Sorted by Z-score
Dali Z-scores take into account both the closeness of the structural fit and domain coverage. Domains are compact folding units. Z-scores are higher for complete coverage of domains and lower for partial coverage of domains.
| Seriated
Seriation maximizes the similarity of secondary structure assignments between adjacent rows in the stacked alignment. Proteins with similar function descriptions tend to be grouped together better in this view than in the Z-score sorted view, especieally if the query protein has multiple domains.

Graphical overview:
The graphical overviews show all matches as a stacked alignment in MSAviewer. Stacked alignment omits insertions relative to the query protein. The secondary structure overview is collapsed to three states, giving a clearer picture than the amino acid sequence overview.
